Good episode. But why couldn’t Ari and Vince continue or “finish” what they started? I’m sure Ari can still be Vince’s agent while running that place, no?

Ari won’t take the job. As great of an episode as that was, you know he won’t stop being Vince’s agent. No chance.

I think Ari will take the job and give then number 2 position to Dana Gordon. I remember watching an interview with Constance Zimmer (who plays Dana Gordon) that good things will be happening to her character this season. Also we’ve seen Ari as an agent for 5 seasons so I think it will be a nice change in environment to see him as a studio head.

I think ari should tak the job a well.
its true, we’ve seen ari as an agent for 4yrs now and it will be nice change to see a new agent for vince and keep the brilliant jeremy piven as a studio head and watch him stir something new in the town.

I really enjoyed this episode! SOOO good, I think Ari will take the job but he will not keep it, he will go back to being Vinnies agent after he sees that things don’t go the way he thought they would…

This was probably the best episode EVER! I want Ari to take the job, but I really don’t think he will in the end…or maybe what Lucian said…He will take it, but come back to Vince cause He will realize the job wasn’t all that it was cracked up to be…BTW Great music in this episode; Tribe Called Quest, and the ending with Radiohead’s Fake Plastic Trees added a Meloncholy feel to it….

Indeed one of the best episodes second to Ari fighting for his son’s school.
The events seem to be pointing towards Ari taking the job..or maybe not…
Watching his character grow, could he live knowing he contributed to Al’s death, probably for a few episodes he would take it, then go back to being Ari, Dana takes over. Things get back on track. I’m expecting the next episode to start point Vinnie’s, Ari, and the gang’s future. long live entourage!

I think Ari goes to Geneva and puts in a good word on Dana Gordon’s behalf to John (Al’s boss). Ari can be an ass but he seems loyal to Vince.

My Prediction: Ari takes the job, then kills Vince because of his massive guilt trip. He then finally hires Turtle as his new personal assistant - after firing Lloyd because Lloyd finally snapps and tries to murder him with a ball-point pen. Lloyd then escapes from the institution, and becomes Drama’s gay lover.
